Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup of chia seeds

  • 1 tsp of hemp seeds

  • 3/4 cup of almond milk

  • 1 tsp of cocoa

  • 1 tbsp of raw honey

  • 1/4 tsp of ground cinnamon

  • Dried berries (optional)

Directions

  • Place the chia seeds, almond milk, cocoa, honey and cinnamon in a mason jar and mix together (I like to use a milk frother and then close the jar and shake).
  • Refrigerate mixture between 1h and 12h. I personally like to refrigerate it overnight.
  • Serve with dried berries or other fruit (or as is).
